This lovely property consists of a house having 55 sq. m. of built up area along with a detached plot of 500 square metres. It is situated in a fast emerging and thriving village, approximately 18 km. away from the city of Varna - the third biggest in Bulgaria.
The house comprises of a corridor and two rooms. It is supplied with running water, electricity, a septic tank, and a parking place for two cars. An extended marvelous view reveals when looking towards the village. In spite of its excellent location, the house needs a bit of renovation in order to provide contemporary living conditions. A dirty road leads to the property; however, it is easily reachable during the winter.
The city of Varna is set on the coast of the Varna bay. It is the biggest city on the whole Bulgarian Black Sea coastline and the multitude of its harbours and industrial plants make it a bustling industrial centre, the second largest in the country. It is a well -known fact, that a great part of national industrial infrastructure is located here, but that does not limit the importance of the city as a tourist destination, desired by many foreigners. On the contrary, in the summer the city and the nearby tourist complexes “Druzhba” and “Zlatni Piasatzi” are bursting from foreign tourists, around 100 thousand and some 60 thousand Bulgarians. Even for a weekend tour come at least 50 thousand people from the country. The fastest way to get to Varna is by plane. The airport is opened for flights throughout the year. Another option are trains and buses, arriving in Varna from various cities and towns of Bulgaria daily. Being a regional centre , the city is surrounded by splendid gardens, grapevines and forests, and nearly all the territory of the region is declared recreation area, with extremely beautiful country houses and many hotels.
Varna is hosting an Aquatic Life exhibition, named the Aquarium, and the Black Sea Museum, often visited by foreigners. The Sea Garden and the unique Museum of Medicine, the only one of this kind on the Balkan Peninsula, are just two of the other places of interest worth visiting.
Unforgettable experience provides the Archaeological Museum for the lovers of history. There they can see the worlds oldest gold treasure, the one from Varna, dated 6000 B.C. The Dolphinarium is the most favourable place in Varna for all kids and the tourists. The shows are staged daily, and there is also a good pastry shop in the basement with good panoramic view of the underwater play of the dolphins.
