The villa is very spacious and would accommodate many more people had we furnished it for maximum capacity. It is in an exclusive development of only eight properties and from the living room or patio you can sit overlooking the pool and the turquoise Aegean.

Kusadasi is a bustling, lively, cosmopolitan resort on the Aegean sea. It has everything you expect from a beach holiday ; warm, turquoise seas, sandy beaches, gorgeous views, restaurants, bars, night life and water sports, plus so many interesting places nearby. There are fabulous historic sites, including the spectacular Roman town of Ephesus, the unspoilt natural beauty of the milliparc, mountain villages and massive markets.

Shopping is an experience, with a fantastic choice of goods available, ranging from handmade Turkish carpets, jewellery and designer goods to cheap local produce and bargain buys.

Eating out is an adventure. All kinds of European and varied ethnic cuisines feature in the many, many restaurants, and the service is helpful, friendly and hospitable. Locally caught fish is a speciality.

Transport around the town is remarkably cheap and reliable, so a hire car is not necessary. Dolmus buses run every five minutes or so and stop on demand and taxis are readily available. Both are only metres away from the villa.

The villas are set within a walled garden and overlook the pool, the Aegean and the Greek island of Samos.
There is a twenty-four caretaker on site and the grounds and pool are impeccably maintained.

It is a wonderful place in which to sit and relax, enjoy dining al fresco with the family and take a dip in the pool every now and then to cool down, whilst only minutes away is all the bustle and atmosphere of a cheerful holiday resort.

After a day sightseeing, shopping, relaxing or indulging in water sports, choose your evening to match your mood - a family time around the pool, eating out at the beach in a pavement cafe watching the sun go down, or head into town for serious night life with jazz nights at the marina and music and clubbing in Bar Street. It has everything to suit all ages and all tastes.

A Turkish bath and massage is an experience not to be missed.
