From the apartment's garden there is also a charming footpath leading down to Menaggio's town center (200 m.).

The apartment is in the ground floor of a 3 storey house. In front of the house there is a parking place. The entrance to the apartment is from its private garden.

The apartment consist in;
*livingroom from where you enter directly in the apartment's private garden,
*bedroom,
*kitchen and bathroom.

There is a total of 5 beds. In the livingroom there is a sleeping couch for two people and in the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed.

The apartment disposes over sat.tv.

From the garden one has a nice view on the surrounding mountains and a small part of the lake. The price of the apartment is GBP 30/41 per day, seasonal depending- Our rental commission is GBP 52 per booking
