The region is also famous for its numerous mineral springs and spa resorts, as well as the wonderful winegrowing traditions dating back to centuries ago. A great advantage is the location of the village-close to Trakia higway, a comfortable and quick way to reach the capital of Bulgaria Sofia, or the Bulgarian second biggest city Plovdiv. Thus, you won’t miss the amenities and the places of entertainment in the big city, as they will be close at hand. The town enjoys the close proximity of Velingrad; the biggest spa resort in Bulgaria lies only some 40km away.
The house we offer has two floors of 80sq.m each and a big garden of 700sq.m suitable for growing all kind of crops.
