The region where this sleepy pastoral village is situated is renowned for its beautiful nature and clean environment. The town of Pazardzhik is close- only 30km away, so is the lovely town of Plovdiv, lying 70km away. The region is also famous for its numerous mineral springs and spa resorts, as well as the wonderful winegrowing traditions dating back to centuries ago. A great advantage is the location of the village-close to Trakia higway, a comfortable and quick way to reach the capital of Bulgaria Sofia, or the Bulgarian second biggest city Plovdiv. Thus, you won’t miss the amenities and the places of entertainment in the big city, as they will be close at hand.
We offer a nice house on two floors with three rooms each and a big attic floor. The toilet is outside, but you can easily get it inside. The garden is 510sq.m large with trees. It is nice and even, so you can use it for growing crops, flowers or fruit trees and spend many lovely evenings there in company of family and friends. The house needs some finishing works on the second and the attic floor, such as plastering and joinery on the windows. It is supplied with electricity and water and there is a garage available. The location is extremely advantageous, as it is close to the Trakia Highway, and the view from the house is breath-taking.
