Bankia is a famous health and SPA resort located 6 km from the capital Sofia in Liulin Mountain.
Bankia is situated 630m -750m above the sea level. The surroundings are very beautiful and the climate is mild with a slight influence from the mountain. The mineral springs and the balneotherapy centers attract many visitors. All this defines Bankia as a prestigeous national and international SPA resort and an ecology reserve near Sofia.

The climate is very beneficial for the year-round medical treatment as well as for the overall strengthening of the body.
The mineral spring water has healing qualities and is very good for drinking. The famous "Bankia" mineral water is bottled here.

You can get to Bankia by:
- car - using the boulevards Todor Alexandrov and Slivnitsa and the Sofia Ring-road.
- subway - to the residential district Liulin and then with bus lines No.42 and No.43
- railway - from the Central Railway Station in Sofia to the Centre of Bankia.

The Residential Complex Briz includes 34 one-family houses, that will be built in the first stage, and 8 two-family houses - in the second building stage.
