Casa Margherita is divided into two apartments. The bigger apartment, "Oliva" has a spacious living room and small kitchen. The "Oliva" is surrounded by the balcony with a marvellous view of the neighbouring hills, the sea and Grožnjan. The apartment "Oliva" is all air-conditioned.
The small apartment, "Salvia" has a kitchenette and a living room. From the "Salvia" you step on to the balcony which is secluded and it feels like being wound in greenery and calm.
Both the apartments are provided with TV Sat system.

On the ground floor there is the "Taverna" which is a common kitchen. In the Taverna there’s a kitchen with a professional oven, a big fireplace, two toilettes. The Taverna has its own balcony with views over the garden, the fountain and surrounding hills.
Casa Margherita is ideal to share with friends or extended family as the two apartments offer privacy when whished but the Taverna area offers a meeting place where the guests can be in company cooking and having a good time.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
In the "Oliva" there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The "Oliva" has a bathroom with shower.
In the "Salvia" there’s a room with a double bed and in the living room there’s a couch which become two single beds. The "Salvia" has a bathroom with bathtub.

The house is surrounded by a large garden full of aromatic herbs and flowers, by the orchard and by the olive grove. Just a few footsteps from the house there’s a swimming pool 8m x 4m which lies on a small hill. A dive, and the sight from there is irresistible.
In front of the "Taverna" there’s the summer barbecue and a small stone table for warm evenings to be passed caressed by the fresh country air.
In the garden, surrounded by the fig tree and apple tree there there’s a hammock where in the shade of the green rest is guaranteed.

This is a great location for a holiday, plenty of sun, clean, clear blue sea and with great food at very reasonable prices. All major budget airlines are now flying directly into Pula, Istria from the UK. With only approximately a 40 minute drive all on motorway from Pula airport to Novigrad. Also budget airlines into Trieste (Italy) which again is a motorway drive and daily flights are available.
