Lovely new renovated *** Gasthof direct on the skiing lopes on the southside of the alps.
We are a family from Holland and we start in 2006 our hotel in the wonderful world of sun and snow.
We are selling because of health problems from my wife, but we stay in the region because we like it very much the weather is perfect and the people are very kind.

The Property.
We have 24 beds ,a lovely restaurant with a fire place and a seperate room for non smoking and breakfast.
Every room has a balcony and some with a view of the ski slopes. All the rooms are new with new bathrooms (6) and everything the guests need.
The proffessional kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal for the people, there is also a good chefcook that can stay if you like.
Ther are 2 ladies toilets and 2 for the men, also a skiing room.

In the restaurant is a childrens room to play.
On the front is a terrace for 60 people with the sun on the day and on the other side a panorama terrace inside the building.
Private parking places on a total piece of land from 2800m2.

Downstairs a private living area 200m2 with 4 bedrooms, 8 person sauna, bathroom, big living room and doors to a private terrace.
