all of our homes come with tile flooring (no vinyl) and berber carpets, they have granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms and upgraded fixtures, The master suites have walk in showers, separate jacuzzi tubs and walk in closets. also included are all light fixtures and fans ($3,000) budget, easily the best you will find. we also include a concrete in ground pool with electric pool heater and screened enclosure. the garden has a full irrigation system and a landscape allowance.

our construction period is 6 months, that isn't a sales ploy that is fact, it is written into all of our contracts, so upon signing the contract we need 2 weeks to submit the application and then the building department need 4 weeks to approve them. after that 6 months is all we need. normally less.
