The Residence
Only a few kilometres from the ski slopes
Ideally located on a slope just in front of the skiable domain, the residence benefits from an exceptional close access to the ski lifts leading to the top of the Luc Alphand ski slope.
This outstanding location gives easy access to all amenities as well as useful infrastructures (ski lifts, ski schools, ski material rental, etc). An authentic architecture
The residence will consist of 17 apartments ranging from 1bed to 2bed apartments. The architecture, faithful to mountain traditions and combined with a selection of noble materials, is in perfect harmony with its environment.
The roofs covered with larch shingles, the natural wood stain and stone facings as well as the grey roughcast walls scraped with a trowel emphasize the traditional side of the architecture and reinforce the high standing of the residence.
The Location
Les Hautes Alpes
The Hautes Alpes department was named after its medium altitude which is also the highest in France. A third of the department territory is above 2,000 m and reaches its highest points at 4,102 m. Les Hautes Alpes is a truly welcoming department with a heart just as kind as its beauty.
Les Hautes Alpes is one of those rare departments that perfectly blends snow and sun. Indeed, the scents of lavender, absinthe and Spanish lilacs fill the air which also resounds with crickets chirp. More than 50% of the French flora is represented in the region.
The department is one of the sunniest with 300 days of sunshine a year, just as Corsica or the Languedoc area. The phrase climat ensoleill daltitude (sunny climate of altitude) was specially invented to point out this particularity of Les Hautes Alpes climate.
Serre Chevalier
Thirteen villages together with some hamlets are dotted along the National Park of Les Ecrins and in the heart of LOisans sauvage, in Les Hautes Alpes department. The villages and hamlets form the Serre Chevalier resort alongside the high valley of La Guisane where the atmosphere is jovial and where the spirit remains genuinely authentic
Serre Chevalier offers a wide range of sports and entertainment but above all, a huge skiable domain with 250 km of ski slopes winding through hundredyearold larches at an altitude of 1,200 m and 2,800 m. In 2007, Serre Chevalier was voted first resort for wellbeing in France.
