Dining room adjoining kitchen and another enormous outside terrace with little fountain, olive trees, covered seating and cloak room with washing machine. Kitchen is well equipped with all the usual electrical appliances, also kept in traditional style.

Outside you´ll be spoiled with everything peace finders and nature lovers are looking for; no traffic, 8000m2; of land(of which 3000m2; park alike landscaped with paths, a relax retreat and an enormous variety of Mediterrean vegetation), privacy all over as no inview possible, the plot is completely fenced in offers pleasant country views. A surprising feature outside is the almost square(!!) pool(8x7m), a wall erects immediately above one of the sides, water going through and filling the pool. Pool faces south, sun all day!
The plot is entered throughout the electrical entrance gate, giving access to big paved drive way with space for several cars and covered carport. Entry already gives an impressive first sight of the mansion´s character and style.
