The town of Valchi dol is not big but has got a medical centre and ambulance paramedics, banks, three chemist’s shops, a school, a kindergarten, a police station, a fire brigade and different shops (grocer’s, clothes shops, hardware, etc.)
There will also be a sports centre near the house – with a swimming pool, a tennis courts, etc. and will be finished until the end of summer 2006.
The road system in the region is very good. If you take the highway you can get to Varna in 30-35 min. The transport network is excellent, too. There’s a railway station and buses and regular taxis. There are already about 30 English people who have bought properties in the region.
There are opportunities for visiting different churches of historical value, picturesque spots, etc. which attract tourists in summer. Moreover, the area is ecologically clean and rich in game and fish for those who love hunting and fishing.
For those who are fond of skiing there is a ski run about 800 m away from the house.
