The main house has four different levels: the garden level, a second floor, a basement including cellar, and a turret overlooking the Private Parc.The large living area is divided into two different spaces: one by the large French window that opens to the terrace and overlooks the garden and a second one, around the fireplace. The dining area has a large dining table seating 10-12. There is a bar with high stools as well.
The separate kitchen is not large but very well equipped: oven, microwave, American refrigerator/freezer, and dishwater.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, and dryer. Two double bedrooms are on the garden level; two bedrooms are on the first French floor. The fifth is upstairs, in the turret.
All the bedrooms have private bathroom including two with bathtub, the three others have large stall showers.

The Guest House (1 bedroom / 1 bathroom , 65sqm )
This nice little cottage has a large sitting/fining area with open plan kitchen. There is a fireplace. The bedroom has a double size bed and an en-suite bathroom with stall shower.

The Private Park is about 5.2 hectares and totally fenced. There is a beautiful swimming pool as well as an outside dining area with barbecue. There is loads of garden furniture such as teak deck chairs.
