Alcoholic factory, very near to the second biggest city Plovdiv, Bulgaria is looking for a co-partner / investor on 50% shares of the factory with a right to rule the business / factory - 1 850 000 Euros (possibility for 100% sale of shares). The facility has a capacity of 4143 sq.m. production base in Rogosh and 17 000 sq.m. of warehouse base in Isperih.

In connection with newfound outside markets and customers of the company in Turkey, China, Indonesia, Iraq, Korea, Greece, Israel, Singapore the company has fallen into an impossibility to fulfil the orders on terms due to the fiscal deficit / financial difficulties. Because of that reason, we believe that investments from distilleries/companies abroad will be most suitable way for us to develop our production line.
