Islea 1 is being constructed in the area of "Agia Kali" on a plot of 6309 square metres. The plot has a gentle slope, good south orientation and panoramic views to Skiathos town and the surrounding islands. The area of the plot is suitable for both permanent and holiday residency because the town and all the famous beaches of the island are easy to reach. The floor of bedroom A and its balcony are made of wood.
