The complex of luxury houses is situated on the beautiful island of Skiathos at a height of 200 meters in 'Agios Dimitrios', set on 5.5 acres of land. They offer a spectacular view of the towns of Skiathos, Skopelos, and of the small islands Tsougkria, Maragkos, and Argos.

The town of Skiathos is only 2 kilometers away, and there the port connects Skiathos, by catamarans and car-ferries throughout the year, with Volos, Agios Konstantinos, Thessaloniki, Skopelos and Alonisos.

The airport of Skiathos is 2 kilometers from the complex, and connects the island throughout with Athens airport and from there to foreign countries throughout the year.

Most of the beaches on the island can be accessed by car, except for the most remote ones that can be accessed only by boat from the old port. It is also possible to visit the beaches of neighboring islands by boat as well.

The complex consists of 4 houses, each house will have its own private pool, constructed to the highest specifications, and situated in a manner that ensures that the views from each house, from the ground floor and from the first floor are not affected by the other houses in the complex, or by any houses that may be built in the future in neighboring plots of land. The owners of these houses can enjoy their stay in absolute privacy, and cherish the amazing combination of mountain and sea side that the island of Skiathos can provide.

The 1st house has a total area of 165 m2 and has 4 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. The living/dining room, the kitchen, bathroom and WC are on the 1st floor.

The 2nd house has a total area of 100 m2 and has 3 ensuite bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor. The living/dining room, the kitchen, and the WC are on the 1st floor and the third ensuite bedroom is at the 2nd floor.

The 3rd house has a total area of 85 m2 and has 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. The living/dining room, the kitchen, and WC are on the 1st floor.

The 4th house has a total area of 85 m2 and has two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. The living/dining room and WC are on the 1st floor.

Each house is detached and has its own electricity supply, and the exclusive use of a garden of about 1.2 acres, with an infinity swimming pool, and a system of opposite swimming, that can offer relaxation if used for hydro massage or as an exercise tool, by swimming in the opposite direction to the water.

The water supply is provided by means of a drill which in combination with a water tank of 70 m2, provides adequate water supply and ensures no water shortages occur.

In terms of security, each house has a shielded door from 'Doral', electric aluminum shutters from 'Etem', triplex window glasses, a preinstalled alarm system and an entrance camera to provide maximum security.

Each house has an independent heating system by means of a boiler connected to a water boiler for hot water 24 hours per day. The outer walls are heat insulated, and the temperature can be set autonomously for each floor of the house.
The bedrooms, bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and the verandas have 'Marazzi' floor tiles. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, fitted with 'Ideal Standard' and 'Duravit' sanitary ware and taps.
The oven, the ceramic hobs, the extractor hood, and the dishwasher are all from 'Siemens'. These combined with multipurpose cupboards, a 'Franke' kitchen sink, and an 'Ideal Standard' tap will make the preparation of a simple breakfast or even a sumptuous dinner enjoyable.
Finally, the fireplace in the living room and the spectacular view from the rotating glass window that is 2 m (length) by 1.8 m (height), suggest relaxing times ahead. As far as entertainment is concerned, the provision for the installation of a satellite sound system and of a satellite antenna will ensure a surround sound system only found in cinemas.
