Villa Margarita is a brand new luxury Villa located on the beautiful island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. Just completed in the fall of 2007. It's a three bedroom, four bath home that sleeps up to eight persons. Located in the very private and quiet subdivision of Greenbank Estates. Villa Margarita was carefully designed to capture the tropical breezes and the gorgeous sunsets of the Caribbean. Its West Indies design gives you a real Island feel. The stonework and the teak furniture ads to the beauty, style and comfort. Villa Margarita has spectacular views of numerous Islands, bays, and lush green mountains. To the West is the islands of Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Cay, with their white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. To the North is Brewers Bay, with its many shades of blue as the coral heads rise at different levels to the surface. A great snorkel spot and only a 10 minute drive. As you relax on the many porches or pool deck you can watch the variety of boats sail by in the distance, it's very therapeutic. The Villa is centrally located only ten minutes to Road Town, Cane Garden Bay or Brewers Bay. A truly remarkable and one of a kind vacation home.

The villa consists of three separate pavilions surrounding a 12 x 26 foot heated swimming pool. The first pavilion houses the entry, living room with fireplace, a balcony, gourmet kitchen and pantry, over sized open air that leads out to the pool with alfresco dining and outdoor living. The center pavilion is two stories with the master suite and porch upstairs and the games room That leads to the pool down stairs. The third pavilion has two bedroom suites with their own private baths and porch.

Swimming pool: Surrounded by a 2700 sq foot deck tiled of imported Turkish stone. The black railing adds the look of luxury and to your comfort and safety. A six person hot tub is at the far end of the pool deck, at night you can gaze up at the many stars while being massage by the warm water jets. The swimming pool heated to a comfortable temperature, gradually deepens to about six feet with a bench seat where you can sit and have your tropical drinks while cooling in the refreshing water. We have plenty of rafts and toys to make your swimming fun and pleasurable. Two tile turtles are seen as if swimming at the bottom of the pool. Four teak lounge chairs with thick cushions for your sunning comfort and an umbrella for the times when a little shade would be just right. A four person out door bar area with bamboo chairs is a nice area to sit and have drinks by the pool.

Living room: offers A/C, comfortable couches and chairs, entertainment center, with satellite TV, DVD player and movies for all ages. A computer with wifi and high speed internet access is here for your use. Satellite radio is on the TV and Computer. A sound system that sends music into the dining porch or the four rock speakers in the planters on the pool deck will add to your pleasure. There is a fire place made from local stone. The temperature only drops to a low of 65 but a fire can add to the romance of your vacation. Fire wood is cut and ready for your use. A nice balcony with a great breeze is just through the sliding glass doors, and nice place for reading or viewing.

Kitchen: Nice hardwood cabinets filled with everything you will need for your dining pleasure. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, ice maker, granite counter tops, tiled back splash all add to the wonderful look of the gourmet kitchen. Blender, coffee maker, brisker, warming tray, and more too. There is a reverse osmosis water system which assures pure drinking water and ice cubes. A six burner commercial gas stove is ready for your cooking experience. Tortola has private chefs that can be hired for those memorable evenings when you wish to be catered to. Local grocery stores offer online provisioning so the villa can be stocked upon arrival. For late arrivals we offer a cold supper and breakfast starters upon request. The pantry off the kitchen has space for hanging diving gear and place for your air tanks or any additional items you may have.
