The apartments are located in the Didim area of Altinkum holiday resort.

It is a 10 min walk to the local town, weekly Saturday market, and main bus routes.
It is a 30 min walk to the main beach or 15 mins on local transport.

The complex is split between 2 blocks and in total there are 17 x 2 bed apartments, 6 x 3 bed apartments, 4 x 3 bed duplex penthouse apartments and 1 x 5 bed duplex penthouse apartments. The 3 bed apartments in B Block will have a seperate kitchen.

In the grounds, there will be pool measuring 60m2 with child’s section and a communal garden area. Each apartment will have an open plan kitchen and living room of which the kitchen will have marble or laminate work tops. There is one bathroom in each apartment with a shower, washbasin and a toilet.

Annual maintenance for Altinkum View Complex will be approximately £250. Flexible payment plans are available.
