Questa e una bellissima casa rinovata e noi siamo felici di averla nella nostra offerta.Casa con 3 camere da letto arredate con mobili antichi e vicino Markocija-dove ce il proggeto per il nuovo golf terreno.
Al di fuori una discreta casa e invece di dentro disegnata eccelentemente con molti detagli selezionati minuziosamente.E interessante che il colore dei muri e una miscela da rossa terra Istriana.I lavelli sono fatti in pietra,a mano.
I mobili si vendono separamente.La piscina non esiste anchora ,pero e inclusa nel prezzo.
Ce un accesso facile all'autostrada che vi porta a Pola o Trieste.Vicino ci sono anche tanti buoni ristoranti.Tutti i contenuti necesari sono a Buje e Umag.
