La casa ha 3 camere da letto e 2 stanze da bagno al pianterreno e una camera da letto e una stanza da bagno ulteriori sul piano di sopra.Il soggiorno ha un camino di pietra tradizionale bello all'interno. Ce bbq all'esterno sul terrazzo. La casa ha il riscaldamento centrale e l'aria condizionata riscaldameno a gas in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Fuori ce la piscina. Il giardino sara modificato e circondato da un muro di pietra. Vodnjan offre tanti negozi, la banca, l´ ufficio postale,che si possono ragiungere in 5 min. Ce inoltre il ristorante eccellente Vodnjanka e diversi bar e caffe nel centro di Vodnjan. Il corso di golf a Brijuni non e molto lontano. Come motivo aggiunto, se desiderate affittare la casa , il fornitore sta offrendo di controllarlo per voi per il primo anno,compreso nel prezzo.
