When?
Work is due to start on the Nirvana Beach Front Villa development in January 2008 and will be completed by January 2009.What? - The resort of Nirvana is located by the beach overlooking the crystal clear waters. The development is also surrounded by lush tropical rain forest which gives you the feeling that you are truly in paradise.

Villas by the beach or amongst the gardens of coconut trees can be purchased, both have the added maintenance of a maid-service, pool cleaner, massage staff, as well as gardeners to look after the gardens in the development.

The development itself will comprise of swimming pools, restaurants, a spa, gardens, a private pier, a salt water lagoon, sporting and water facilities, 24 hour security services, rental services, English speaking care on site and many more.

The villas themselves range from four bedroom, five bedroom and six bedroom all over 1 ½ storey’s. The location of the villas is also optional depending on whether you want a beach front villa or a garden villa. All villas are fully furnished, include air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, as well as central water heating. Extras that can be included are a Jacuzzi tub or pool, ceiling fans.

These four bedroom, four bathroom villas comprise of 350sq m of living space over 1 storey, the property also includes and spacious living area and a kitchen, a private Jacuzzi and swimming pool as well as access to the communal pool and other facilities that are available on the development.

Where?
Koh Chang is an island that is part of Thailand but located of the coast off Cambodia. Koh Chang being the second largest island in Thailand is located to the East of the Country. The development itself is located at the north of the island of Koh Chang, called Koh Chang Noi.

There are many amazing natural wonders to be found on the island of Koh Chang including the National Park rain forest, steep hills, cliffs, waterfalls and many species of plants and animals. The island also has many amazing beaches to discover and relax on. Many of the original inhabitants still live on the island so a real sense of the culture can be explored. Many of who still use the traditions of past generations to generate their income such as fishing and growing fruit and rubber.

The island has its very own Marine National Park which isn’t far from the development, this land can’t be developed on and so many different species of plants and animals can be found there and are preserved for future generations as a result.

The builder has offered to pay the interest and repayments on a bank loan taken to pay the main 30% deposit until completion. So with just £1,000 you could own a property in the the Nirvana resort in Thailand, as there is a guaranteed 70% loan to value mortgage in place on completion, which will amply pay for the remaining amount due on the property, pay off the initial loan, repay the builder the interest and repayments on the loan and probably have some left over too. The mortgage repayments on completion would be covered by the guaranteed rental return.
