The hotel's main season is beginning of April to the beginning of November.

At the moment the annual turnover of the hotel is approximately Euro 800,000 and the total operating cost is approximately Euro 80,000. The hotel is booked near to 80%-90%.

The income taxes are Euro 150 per apartment for all the year, with no limit to the turnover.

Staff of the hotel is for the time being six persons (three stewards, one person for the maintenance of the pool and two receptionists) and one Hotel Manager.
