Getting there:
With direct and quick flights from most Asian and Australian cities to Sapporo, The Moiwa is easily accessible and only a 1-hour time difference from Australia’s east coast. Regular shuttle buses operate from Sapporo to Niseko.
World’s best powder:
The Moiwa is designated a “Special Heavy Snowfall Region”. With an average of 15 metres (590 inches) of powder snow each year, Niseko receives 6 metres (230 inches) more snow than Whistler in Canada and 12 metres (479 inches) more than ski fields in Australia and New Zealand.
The Moiwa will become one of the only ski in-ski out resorts in the region (08/09 winter season*), and is short 3-minute shuttle bus ride from Annupuri resort, with access to over 57 runs and 48km of groomed trails and slopes.
The resort itself boasts one quad and one pair lift and 6 main runs, with over 15 private ski runs and spectacular back-country. The Moiwa’s reliable snow fall, secluded location, uncrowded slopes and ski in-ski out access will enable you to enjoy powder run after powder run, day after day.

Can an overseas investor own property in Japan?
100% foreign ownership is acceptable in Japan.
How long is the capital gains growth expected to continue?
The Moiwa's unrivalled powder snow and authentic Japanese experience, as well as the long-term controlled masterplan, will underpin the resort's high capital growth potential. With a Resort Towers' apartment, you can secure an affordable ground-level investment, enjoy a Japanese ski holiday every year, and benefit from capital growth to come!
While we cannot forecast exact figures, favourable factors like the increasing popularity among overseas skiers and summer adventure tourists particularly from south east, northern Asia and Australia, the consistency and quality of the snowfalls, and scarcity of property in Niseko, all point to continuing strong price growth well into the future.

Financing your apartment at The Moiwa Resort Towers is easier than you think!
