Guest Cottage 2 (90 sq m)

This cottage is slightly larger than the first cottage with a good-sized family room upstairs with bathroom. Downstairs is a large open plan living room and kitchen while the front door leads to a private stone paved terrace shaded by oak trees. Like the other cottage, the villa is finished in traditional Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and oak beams.

Gardens and Grounds approximately 4 hectares (9.6 acres).

The principle gardens are to the west of the house, descending from the main terrace and walled garden area which provides extensive outside eating areas and shaded by a large walnut tree. A series of grass terraces descend from the main terrace, one with the new 12 m x 6 m swimming pool (Under construction). To the east of the house is predominately woodland with a mixture of oak and chestnut trees. The gardens have mixed colour rose beds, an herbaceous border, and terracotta pots.

There is an olive grove (c.200 trees) and a fruit orchard (c. 120 trees) in front of the house.
