If we become aware that the building work will re start, we will negotiate with the owner on price. As the pool is at the rear you may not be affected by this but you can see the buildings outside the lounge window. 21 May 2008 update- no further building work has taken place. This villa is strictly for families rather than all males/all female parties. Nissi beach is approx 10 min walk away and the centre of Ayia napa is approx 45 mins walk, although there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops way before this and en route. [ ayia napa is vastly spread out and is not just in the centre] However, by ready available taxis, a 3 min drive. Protaras is a 10-15 min drive away. The largest water park is in Ayia Thekla a 3 min drive away, and next door to that is Go carts. Family fun filled days out.
