Nissi Golden sands development has many apartments and semi detached houses and villas for rent. This 2 bed semi detached house, has the benefit of a communal pool and baby pool within 15 metres of the villa. Nissi beach is within a 10 minute walk where you can spend lazy days on the beautiful beach, try water sports or for the adventurous try the bunjee jump! Ayia napa has several other quieter beaches too. There are restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance, and the centre is approx 25 min walk.

Taxis and buses are readily available, so a car is not necessary. We have other villas to rent on this development and an apartment, for large family groups. There is a lovely patio area for that all important al fresco dining, with BBQ and sink, and 4 sun loungers. There are also sun loungers around the communal pool.
