This villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, on the outskirts of Pernera. [Nearest landmark hotel Kama]
As you enter the villa you are in a modern lounge with settees, one of which is a sofa bed for 2 persons. A plasma TV with satellite channels [ some in English] and a DVD. Radio/CD player.
There is an open plan kitchen with washing machine, and dining for 6. The patio doors from the lounge and kitchen lead on to a terrace, where you can enjoy al fresco dining around the table. There are 3 sun loungers, and a parasol. The newly landscaped garden compliments the villa.
Enjoy a dip in the pool or take a walk down one of the many beaches [ golden coast beach 10-15 mins walk, pernera beach 10 min walk] Pernera shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries and banks are all within a 10-15 min walk. Protaras is 5 min drive away or a 25 min stroll. There is a water park in Pernera or for the adventurous the large water park is in Ayia thekla. Frequent buses and taxis to take you wherever you want to go.
Upstairs in the villa, are 2 bedrooms, one double and 1 twin, both have air con included and fitted wardrobes. There is a full family bathroom, and a separate wc downstairs.
This villa would be ideal for a family of 6 or 3 couples.
