It has its own private pool with a built-in jacuzzi and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.Private pool (6m x 5m) with built-in jacuzzi,veranda with outdoor furniture, seating 8 and umbrellas with a side sea view,(non-enclosed) small landscaped garden with grass and shrubs, equipped with swing and sunbeds, the end of which is literally 100 metres away from the sea,stone-clad barbecue.Welcome pack provided on arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but guests are welcome to smoke outside on the veranda.

NB: Building work is currently taking place next to the villa, which will last until July 2009. The prices have been reduced accordingly. Building work commenced near the villa at the beginning of October 2008. We have therefore reduced our prices by at least 30% for all bookings which might be affected by this.

Disruption to 2009 bookings will be minimal though because by 1 April 2009, the project will be into its 7th month so most of the noisy work involved will have been completed by then. The building work will last until July 2009, when the villas are due to be handed over.
