The house

It has wonderful views stretching from San Casciano, to Citta della Pieve and finally as far as Lake Trasimeno.
There is a swimming pool which measures approximately 6m by 12m and is situated only a short distance from the house.

The location

The comune of San Casciano dei Bagni, which dates back to Etruscan times, takes its name from the famous thermal bath in the centre which is filled with water containing many minerals including sulphur. It is an enchanting Medieval village enriched by the beauty of the surrounding countryside and full of life and vitality which continues through all the seasons. You can reach San Casciano dei Bagni easily from the A1 autostrada exiting at either Fabro or Chiusi Chianciano Terme.

The most important Medieval centres of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio are all very easy to visit from this location: Montepulciano and Pienza are only about 40 mins drive away and Bolsena and its beautiful lake are only an hour?s drive by car.
