The village of Sinapovo is located amids low, wooded hills which together with the small river passing through the village provide a wonderful peaceful atmosphere for living. The estate we offer you consists of two floors comprising 90 sq. m. of living area. There is one living-room, a store room and a corridor on the first floor. An external staircase leads to the second floor where three rooms, a corridor and a glazed entrance hall are disposed. The toilet is outside the house and is connected to a septic tank. The bathroom is attached to the garage located next to the house. The plot is really impressive with its measurements – 2300 sq. m. It has a well in it and was used mainly for corn growing. There is a number of outbuildings in the yard used for keeping animals and for storing farm implements by the former owners. The house is approachable through an asphalt road. It is located at the end of the village and gives you the chance to live in a quiet, rural atmosphere. The village provides main amenities, such as a medical service, a post office, a regular transport, a cable TV.
