The country house has been properly restored with utter respect of the old Umbrian building tradition. The stone exposed walls have been treated and consolidated according to the anti-seismic criteria, the ceilings and roof have been made with recovered old timber beams and cotto tiles. The window sills and frames and some of the openings and internal arches are made of precious stone, the window mouldings are made of little bricks and the lintels are in old wood. Everything has been carefully chosen to preserve the charm of the old Umbrian country houses, though with modern comforts.
