This substantial building is located at the end of the well-developed village of Shishmantsi, within 27 km North of the second biggest town in Bulgaria – PLOVDIV. The first floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom; internal stairs lead to the second floor, comprising three spacious bedrooms. The house is built of bricks, with stone and concrete foundations and concrete slates between the floors. It is supplied with running water (connected to a septic tank) and electricity connection. As the former owners used to inhabit only the first floor the upstairs would need plastering, furnishing and refreshment. There isn’t toilet available but there is enough space inside the house so building of new internal toilet wouldn’t be a problem. The yard includes a number of fruit trees, trellis vines and drill for irrigating the land. It is surrounded by brick fence. The hamlet is very well developed, providing a medical centre, a Post office, a Community centre, kindergarten, cable TV, regular transport to the adjacent villages and towns, mobile service, cafes and food shops. Through ‘Trakiya’ highway, which passes only 2 km away from the village, you can get to the capital city SOFIA for about half an hour. One of our biggest ski resorts – PAMPOROVO is located approximately 100 km from the village. The health resorts Studenets and Byala Cherkva are situated within easy access to Shishmantsi. The region is also famous for its landmarks – ‘Bachkovski’ and ‘Kuklenski’ monasteries, Asenova fortress, Krastova forest and many other sacred to Bulgarians places.
