The property we offer is built on one floor. It consists of three rooms connected with a corridor. The village of Joakim Gruevo is quite big hamlet with population of 3 262 inhabitants. It offers all necessary amenities – a local school, medical centre, Post office, Community centre, cable TV, mobile service, regular transport to the adjacent settlements (every 30 min to the town of PLOVDIV), cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a railway station in the village, where you can catch a train to Sofia (the Bulgarian capital), PLOVDIV and Velingrad (famous with its healing mineral water resort). The area offers wonderful opportunities for developing rural, hunting and fishing tourism. The village is located only 16 km away from the second biggest town in Bulgaria – PLOVDIV, 2 km from the town of Stamboliiski and 28 km from the town of PAZARDZHIK. One of the most famous ski resorts in Bulgaria – PAMPOROVO is about 95 km away. Through ‘Trakiya’ highway you can get to SOFIA for less than two hours.
