The property is located at the middle part of the village, next to a gravel road. There are three rooms and an entrance hall on the first floor. An external staircase invites you to the second floor. It is a place of great cultural, historical, and economic importance. The capital city of Bulgaria is 150 km while driving on the 'Trakia' motorway it will take you no longer than an hour and a half to reach Sofia. A medical service, a post office, a cable TV, mobile service, shops and cafes are available in the village. The house would be ideal as a holiday retreat and would ideally suit a large family.
