There are three rooms, a bathroom, an entrance hall and a glazed premises. Running water, electricity and telephone line are available. The toilet(there is a septic tank connecting) is outside the house but the inner premises can be easily transformed and a new one can be build inside. The estate is in a state of good preservation and wouldn't need a lot of renovations before the new owners can move in. This property is situated at the end of the village, next to an asphalt road. The land is very well maintained, with fruit trees and trellis vines. There is a garage located next to the house. An external premises, where the former owner used to keep animals and farm implements, are located at the back of the house. The village of Rujevo konare is very well developed, providing medical service, a post office, a cable TV, a telephone line, shops and cafes. The region itself is renowned for its historical sightseeing such as Bachkovski Monastery, Kuklenski Monastery, Asenova Fortress, the Monastery of ' Byala Cherkva'. The village is near the town of Plovdiv(28km away) boasting a lot of public amenities and an Airport servicing Internal and External flights. The capital city of Bulgaria is 150 km while driving on the 'Trakia' motorway it will take you no longer than an hour and a half to reach Sofia. The house would be ideal as a holiday retreat and would idealy suit a large family!
