Internally this property is furnished to a very high standard with lots of entertainment for families, including a Play station 2 and satellite television on a 37” wide screen flat panel TV. This villa has a master bathroom, en-suite bathroom and a downstairs shower and toilet. All showers are power showers.
All bedrooms are shuttered with blackout curtains, and to keep things cool all bedrooms have air-conditioning. For winter rentals the property has full central heating.
Outdoor facilities
Private drive, large private swimming pool, mature gardens with orange, lemon and palm trees together with well maintained hedges ideal for privacy. In addition there are six sun beds, and shaded patio areas to the front and rear of the property. The two large ground floor patio areas are ideal for meals outside during the day or evening.
