A beautiful, very spacious, 3 bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool in Pernera near Protaras Cyprus. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from restaurants and bars at the resort of Pernera and 5 minutes walk from one of a string of sandy bays that stretch along this beautiful coast that forms the beach resort of Protaras.

Villa Jacinda is tastefully furnished to a high modern standard, having a stylish black and white theme throughout, is fully air conditioned and will sleep 6 people.

Downstairs is open plan, the living room having leather sofas, TV, satellite and DVD player. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and a hi-fi system is provided.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Upstairs two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have access to a balcony.

The family bathroom comprises bath, shower wash basin and w.c.

Outside there is a BBQ for alfresco dining next to the 8m x 4m illuminated pool. Sun beds and outside furniture are provided. There is off road parking for one vehicle.

Location

Pernera is part of the Protaras area but is a resort in its own right. The beaches of Pernera are all sandy, many having watersports. The nearest beach to the villa is about 5 minutes walk and the bars and restaurants are also about 5 minutes walk. So no need for to hire a car unless you want to venture further afield. The main resort of Protaras is only 5 minutes by car or take the local bus which runs through Pernera and can take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa and in the other direction into the town of Paralimni, a traditional Cypriot town with shops, tavernas, churches and an interesting town square where you can sit in a café and watch the world go by.
