PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer this time is a cosy, single-storey, brick-built house with two entrances, one of which leads to a glazed hallway and one room and the other leads to a corridor and three rooms. The accommodation has 100 sq. m. living area. The toilet with a cesspit is outdoors. There isn't a bathroom. Running water and electricity were connected inside. The house is in very good condition but with the help of our professional builders it will turn into a modern one. A wall surrounds the property and an asphalted road passes by it.
