PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The comfortable rural house we offer you is brick-built and one-storey. Its living area is 80 sq. m., occupied by a glazed entrance hall, three spacious rooms, a kitchen and a toilet. Next to the house there is an outbuilding where a summer kitchen with a fireplace and the bathroom are located. Water, electricity and a septic tank were supplied.



GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1000 sq. m. The owners cultivate the land and different crops, fruit trees and trellis vines are grown. There is a well to meet irrigation needs. A barn and other farm buildings were built in the yard.



The village is very well-developed. There is medical and mobile service, regular bus transport, a post office, shops and cafes.
