Detached 3 bedroom holiday villa with pool in Pernera near Protaras. A short walk to the marina and beach by the Golden Coast Hotel. There is a bar and taverna within a couple of minutes as well as a small supermarket. The resort of Pernera with shops, bars and restaurants is within walking distance although car hire is recommended to explore further afield.
The villa has a kidney shaped pool and sunbeds are provided. There is a BBQ and paved terraces. The villa has an open rooftop area which is ideal for private sunbathing.
On the ground floor there is a furnished lounge with TV, which overlooks the pool. There is a well-equipped kitchen and separate cloakroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the main bedroom having a king-size bed and en-suite facilities. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor. An extra bed/cot and high chair can be provided if required for a small supplement.
Air conditioning is optional and costs CY£2.50 per unit per day.
Location
A peaceful location, at the end of a small road of 10 villas, surrounded by fields. Ideal for families as there is no passing traffic. Within 5 minutes walk of a lovely sandy beach and the marina by the Golden Coast Hotel. Pernera is a lovely resort with plenty of restaurants and bars as well as plenty of sandy beaches and water sports. Here you will supermarkets, interesting shops and things to see. The resort of Protaras is nearby with it’s beautiful beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants, and Ayia Napa with the harbour area, shops, monastery and nightlife. The nearby town of Paralimni is 5-10 minutes drive away.
