Villa Mimosa is in Pernera, near Protaras, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac just a few minutes walk away from all the amenities of this lovely resort. It has 2 bedrooms and includes air-conditioning. Sleeps 5.

This is a two bedroom villa, The main double bedroom has air-conditioning and heating. The other bedroom has twin beds and a fan. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for a 5th person.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery.

There is a spacious patio with garden furniture. There is a nice garden area with trees. A cot can be provided upon request. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Access to swimming pool at local hotel or apartment complexes.

Car hire is not necessary and there is a local bus service. If you wish to explore the island further please contact us for competitive car hire rates.   
We can arrange taxi transfers to and from the airport if required.

LOCATION

A few minutes walk into the centre of Pernera where there are several restaurants, shops, supermarket and bars and some beautiful sandy beaches. A five minute drive will take you to the busy resort of Protaras and the stunning Fig Tree Bay. Protaras is a busy resort with many restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. There is a waterpark, mini golf, and plenty of other attractions. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive with a lovely harbour area, shops, monastery, funfair as well as a buzzing nightlife. The town of Paralimni is a 10 minute drive and has 2 large supermarkets, unusual shops and cafes.
