A beautiful unique 3 bed villa in a secluded position with sea views of the coastal area of Protaras. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned. Sleeps maximum 8 persons.

One double bedroom on ground floor with en-suite shower, w.c. and washbasin.
Two bedrooms on the first floor - one double and one with two single beds. In addition to the bedrooms there is an open plan landing area with two single beds, only suitable for children as it has a low sloping ceiling. First floor bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin.
The ground floor is open plan and in the lounge there is a four seater and a two seater leather settee. There is an open wood fire and a satellite TV, plus DVD player.
The dining table will seat six people.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Ground floor – bathroom with a Jacuzzi type shower, w.c. and washbasin.

Other Features
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has a waterfall rock area at one end of the pool.
Sunbeds are provided and there is plenty of patio furniture. There is also a large built in barbecue.
A stroll through the garden will take you to fishponds, and what only be described as a siesta area in the trees. A pool table is located in this area. The views from the patio/veranda areas are truly stunning, and there are many nature walks to be taken in the hills.
Cot hire can be arranged if required at a small supplement. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
