2 bedroom detached holiday villa in Protaras. Located very close to the beach, access to nearby swimming pool. Short walk to Fig Tree Bay. Sleeps 6 maximum.
        
Spacious villa in a peaceful location. Open plan lounge with two sofa beds, TV and stereo system. Kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster etc.
Downstairs bathroom with shower, w.c. and washbasin.
        
Two bedrooms upstairs – one double, one twin. Both air conditioned. Bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin.

There are patios to the front and side with sunbeds and patio furniture. Built in BBQ and serving area. Roof top veranda – ideal for sunbathing. Private parking.

Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The sofas in the lounge will sleep two children - see note below. (Villa Alexia is not suitable for more than 4 adults.)

Linen and towels changed once a week. Air Conditioning included. Car not essential.
Note: A small supplement of £30 per week applies for parties of six persons.

LOCATION

The villa is in Protaras, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Fig Tree Bay. 2 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the coast where there are steps and a hand rail down to the sea where you can swim in the crystal clear waters. Protaras is a busy resort with many restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. There is a waterpark, mini golf, and plenty of other attractions. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive with a lovely harbour area, shops, monastery, funfair as well as a buzzing nightlife. The town of Paralimni is a 10 minute drive and has 2 large supermarkets, unusual shops and cafes. Car not essential.
