This delightful 2 bedroom villa is in Kapparis near Protaras. It has a heated pool and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is only a few minutes walk to the tavernas, bars and mini-markets in the resort, and only 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach. This villa will sleep 6.

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor is open plan and the lounge has an open fireplace, a large leather settee/sofa bed, and one armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and stereo system. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. Two sets of patio doors open onto the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. There is a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds. The top bunk is a single bed and the bottom bunk a double bed. This room also has fitted wardrobes. Sleeps 6 with sofabed.

Outside there is an oval shaped 7m x 3m heated pool and a gas BBQ. The patio furniture consists of 4 sun loungers, a table and 6 chairs.

Air-conditioning is included in the price and there is private parking.

No smoking allowed in this property and it is only suitable for families.

LOCATION

This villa is in Kapparis which is a small resort just a few minutes drive from the town of Paralimni. Here you will find two large supermarkets, as well as many interesting shops and a delightful town square where you can relax in one of the cafes and watch the world go by. A five minute drive from Kapparis will take you to Pernera which has several restaurants and bars. There are some lovely sandy beaches here, some with water-sports, as well as the Golden Coast fishing harbour where boat trips can be taken. A few minutes further on is Protaras. Here you will find some of the best beaches on the island including the stunning Fig Tree bay. A 15 minute drive will take you to Ayia Napa with it’s lovely old harbour area, shops, monastery, fun fair, Waterworld and a buzzing nightlife. Kapparis itself has several excellent restaurants, bars and tavernas as well as mini-markets., all within walking distance of the villa. Bicycle hire is also available. The sandy beach can be reached through a pathway at the end of the cul-de-sac and is only 5 minutes walk away.
