This 6 bedroom (275m2) house has a large swimming pool, new wood floor, close to the beach. All bedrooms have air conditioning. It is located in the suburb of Boulouris and is 5 minutes by bicycle or car to beaches or downtown St Raphael. 7 bedrooms with queen or king size beds , and 2 kids bedrooms with 3 single beds and a baby crib. The house is divided in three level with a separate apartment on the ground floor which allows several families to come together and have their own privacy. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, including the children ones. Saint Raphael is close to Cannes, Nice and Saint-Tropez . TGV station is 5 mn away (high speed train from Paris in 4hours and a half), Nice airport is 4Omn away. Some shuttles will take you straight to saint-Raphael from the airport. You can take the ferries to visit wonderful places around directly from Saint Raphael : Iles de Lerins, saint-Tropez.....A very nice area to visit with family and friends!

The house is located in Provence, Saint-Raphael, by the natural park of the Esterel, Cannes, Nice, Saint-Tropez, beaches are nearby, 3 golf courses around, visit the famous Cannes and hyeres islands by ferries, lots of activities: kite surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, water skiing, wonderful walks into the natural park of the esterel to discover the famous red rocks mountains, hiking trails, an hour away from the gorges du verdon, visit Grass and its worldwide famous perfume factory and all the typical inland small villages ....
