marketing of the property and securing of quality tenants for your home also provides:

	Collection of rents and provision of regular landlord statements
	Ensuring compliance with relevant Property Law
	Dealing with tenant problems and day to day repairs
	Mid term inspections
	Inventories — checking in and checking out
