Fees:
Our fee for finding a tenant and managing the property is 12.5% of all monies handled.
The initial letting fee is equivalent to 3% of annual rent irrespective of tenancy term.
There is no charge to the landlord when
County manage the property for legal documents in setting up the tenancy.
We do not charge the landlord any fees up front, any fees are taken from the rent
collected or deposits held by County.
Rents are paid to the landlord in advance of 14 days after received by County. This allows time
for cheque clearance and administration.
Our fee just finding a tenant and passing them on to
the landlord is 10% of the equivalent to the annual rent, irrespective of the tenancy term (minimum £380).
The same fee is payable if, after setting up management with County, the landlord decides at a later date to take over the management irrespective of the previous fees collected by County.
If required, on properties which are not managed, County can serve the relevant notices and organise the renewals, there will be
a charge for this service.
If you instruct County to find a tenant and decide not to let your property after we have received the deposit from the
prospective tenant, an administration fee will be charged to you of the equivalent of two weeks rent.
