Letting your home is a risk unless you use a very experienced agent. We found that most new landlords are very nervous and unsure concerning lettings, despite much recent publicity recommending renting as an alternative to selling.

Letting, is a fast growing sector of the property world and not undeservingly so. Since 1990 the private rented sector has almost doubled year on year and seems unstopable.

If you want to become a landlord/investor, we may be able to help you get started. You really don't need to be rich to start a small portfolio of property. You do need expert help during the early years of investment and many lending institutions require you to use a professional agent. Our many funding contracts can provide an affordable entry into the property market and rents can be used to finance repayments.
