DEVELOPMENT AND LAND
This is one of our specialities! Development of land is fairly complicated these days; Town & Country planning matters more so. This means we provide you with "One-stop-shopping". We have helped to develop Truck- Stops, Road side Lodges, Fast food outlets, garages and residential building land. APARTMENT/FLAT BLOCK MAINTENANCE
This service is offered where residents of flat-blocks require someone to run and manage the day to day tasks of Estste management. These tasks include company accounts adminnistration, window cleaning, lift maintenance, repairs, decoration, gardening and empoyment. (No one manages their flat block identically and so we listen to what you want and provide it!) In short you will recieve a thorough management service of the highest standard.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Shopping centres, business parks, office blocks, schools, hospitals, colleges etc all require facilities management. This is where a 'Total Enviroment' exsists to run (silently and invisibly) any area of commercial activity, where members of the public access this enviroment. For example, a hospital needs to manage its common parts and to provide security, maintenance, cleaning and heating. An office block provides porterage, lift maintenance and cleaning of common areas and toilets.

VALUATION AND SURVEYS
When purchasing a property it is surprising how many people dont have an appropriate survey undertaken. When you purchase a second hand car, a specialist report is sensibly requested for obvious reasons... But when buying a property worth considerably more...?
If you buy a house, shop or factory, you need reassurance that the property is in reasonable condition and provides value for money.
The banks and building societies lending you money, want to know that the property is morgageable for the term of the loan. Apart from that, it's up to you to ensure that your getting value for money - especially if you're only borrowing small amounts - this is where your risk is greatest.
