There are no non-status/self certification mortgages available in Ireland.

To obtain an Irish mortgage you will need, as a minimum requirement, proof of income when you make your application.

For the purposes pf obtaining a mortgage the definition of 'income' generally comprises earned income, pension, rental income and investment income.

 The following will be required:

• Employed? Copies of your last three months' payslips and copies of your most recent P60s plus copies of your last 6 months' personal bank statements
